Complicating Kari is an eight-minute video for and about my dear friend and lover of clay, Kari Marboe, who passed away in 2022. The title references her 2018 exhibition, Duplicating Daniel, which I curated at A-B Projects and subsequently evolved into a larger exhibition at the Mills College Art Museum.
